Discovery

The discovery phase allows me to gather just enough insight into your strategy, customers, product and market to be dangerous without slowing down progress:

3-4 weeks


Design

The design phase centers around a practical application of your positioning to an anchor asset, grounding our strategy work and shaping the initial messaging framework.

  • Positioning strategy workshop
  • Weekly status syncs
  • Anchor asset (pitch deck/webpage/brief)
  • Messaging framework + GTM roadmap to guide ongoing initiatives


4-5 weeks

Delivery

Optional retainer-based consulting extension. Once the strategy is set, I can stay on to support execution and help build out core sales and buyer journeys.


This phase is highly customized and variable based on the client's unique needs and internal resources.
